At the heart of Epona Law & Mediation
DEANNA KOEBERNICK
I have witnessed this many times, in long, drawn-out court battles over property and children that left families financially and emotionally devastated. And this is why I’m committed to providing a more respectful, constructive alternative through collaborative family law mediation. I believe that everyone has the innate ability to create their own solutions given the right information and guidance. I also believe that moments of conflict offer an opportunity to increase understanding and bring about positive change. And, as a mother, I am passionate about resolving conflict in a way that prioritizes the needs and interests of children. As a result, my priority is to support my clients in creating solutions unique to their needs as individuals and as a family. As a lawyer and mediator, I address the whole picture, including legal, financial and relational aspects of each situation, to obtain the best possible outcome. Together, we resolve issues creatively and cooperatively.
